What Learners Say

Honest accounts from people who've been through our tracks

Not every review is five stars. We think that makes the ones that are mean a bit more.

Learner reviews

What people found useful β€” and what they didn't

Reviews are from learners who completed a track between January and June 2026.

NT

Nattapong Tanawat

Bangkok Β· Coding Starter Track

I'd tried two other online courses before this and given up both times around week three. What's different here is that when I submitted something that was almost right, the mentor told me exactly which part wasn't working and why. That kind of feedback makes a real difference.

SK

Siriporn Khongkran

Chiang Mai Β· Models and Data Track

The data track was harder than I expected β€” the second half moved faster than the first. But the weekly check-in with my mentor kept me from getting properly stuck. I finished, which I'm genuinely surprised by. The exercises use Thai datasets, which was a small thing that helped.

April 2026

WP

Wirat Phusit

Bangkok Β· Applied AI Project Track

I built an application that checks restaurant menus against dietary restrictions. It actually works. The capstone process β€” where you have milestone reviews throughout rather than just at the end β€” meant I caught problems early. Arjun's final feedback was thorough and specific.

June 2026

PM

Pensiri Maneerat

Nonthaburi Β· Coding Starter Track

I'm 38 and hadn't studied anything technical before. I was nervous about whether I'd keep up. The pace genuinely was relaxed β€” I watched some lessons twice and nobody chased me. I finished in seven weeks instead of six, and that was completely fine.

CA

Chaichai Amornrat

Bangkok Β· Models and Data Track

The code reviews were genuinely useful β€” Phakin pointed out patterns in my code that weren't wrong exactly but would have caused problems later. My one mild criticism is that I'd have liked a bit more on neural networks, but the track description did say it was focused on classical ML, so that's fair.

March 2026

RL

Ratchanee Limtrakul

Bangkok Β· Applied AI Project Track

My project β€” a simple document summariser β€” ended up being something I actually use at work now. The structure of building it in milestones meant I never felt lost for very long. When I sent questions outside the check-ins, I heard back the same day or the next morning.

Case studies

Three learner journeys in detail

Challenge

Nattapong worked in retail management and wanted to move into a more technical role, but had no coding background and had tried self-learning with video courses twice before without finishing either.

What happened

He enrolled in the Coding Starter Track. His mentor, Chanat, identified early on that Nattapong understood concepts quickly when they were explained with concrete examples. Feedback was tailored accordingly throughout the six weeks.

Outcome

He completed the track in six weeks and enrolled in Models and Data the following month. "I didn't think I'd be a person who finishes courses," he noted at the end of the starter track.

"The difference was that when I submitted something and it was almost right, the mentor told me which part and why. Not just: try again."

Challenge

Siriporn had basic Python from a university elective but had never worked with real datasets. She wanted to understand machine learning but found most courses either too theoretical or moved past the fundamentals too quickly.

What happened

She took the Models and Data Track. The guided project in weeks eight to ten used a dataset from the Thai agriculture sector, which she found easier to engage with than abstract examples. Weekly check-ins caught a conceptual gap around model overfitting early.

Outcome

She completed the track in eleven weeks β€” one week over the planned schedule. Her final project model achieved 83% accuracy on the test set. She's currently enrolled in the Applied AI Project Track.

"The weekly check-ins were the thing that stopped me from silently getting stuck. I probably would have drifted off without them."

Challenge

Wirat had completed both the Starter and Models tracks and wanted to build something real, but found the leap from following exercises to designing and building his own project larger than expected.

What happened

He enrolled in the Applied AI Project Track. The milestone structure β€” planning review at week four, progress review at week seven β€” gave him structured points to catch design problems before building too far in a wrong direction. His mentor Arjun pushed back on the initial scope, which turned out to be too ambitious.

Outcome

He delivered a working dietary restriction checker for restaurant menus. The application is deployed and used by colleagues at his current job. Total time: fourteen weeks, one week over schedule due to his work travel schedule.

"The milestone reviews meant I caught a data structure problem at week four instead of week nine. That was the most valuable part of the whole process."
